Terms of Service
Effective: October 23, 2026
These terms are a contract between you and Meep Games LLC ("Meep Games", "we"). They cover Meep ID and its account site at account.meepgames.com, our games and our websites (together, the "Services").
1. These terms and who may use the Services
1.1 Accepting these terms
We present these terms in a notice you can save, and the notice identifies the action that counts as agreement. After that notice, you accept by deliberately creating a Meep ID, signing in, playing our games, using our websites or making a purchase. Automatic guest creation, automatic sign-in through a portal and renewal of a sign-in are not acceptance.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Accepting these terms does not authorise a payment or count as a request for immediate delivery of a purchase (section 7).
1.2 Age and parents
You must be at least 13 to use the Services. If you are not yet an adult where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you before you use the Services and must approve each purchase (section 7). They take on only the obligations these terms address to them.
Parental controls that limit access to material harmful to minors are available on phones, tablets and consoles, including Apple's Screen Time and Google's Family Link.
1.3 These terms and the Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and your rights over it. It is a separate notice, not part of this contract. Accepting these terms is not consent to processing your information; where consent is required, we ask for it separately.
2. Your Meep ID
2.1 Guest accounts and recovery
A game creates a guest Meep ID when you start playing without signing in. Recovery methods are optional: a verified email address and password, or a linked sign-in account. Without one, a Meep ID cannot be recovered once its sign-in on your device ends. Sign-in providers and portals control their own accounts; we cannot restore those.
2.2 Sign-in methods and linking
If you link a provider account from a game and it is already linked to another Meep ID, the game signs you in to that Meep ID instead; we do not merge Meep IDs. You cannot remove your last working sign-in method.
If a game on CrazyGames offers it and you agree, your unlinked CrazyGames account is linked to your current Meep ID; otherwise we create a separate Meep ID for it. A CrazyGames account cannot be unlinked. Linking may replace your Meep ID name with one based on your CrazyGames username; that replacement does not count as a name change.
We may stop supporting a provider or, for security or legal reasons, remove a linked method. Where practicable, we will first let you add another.
2.3 Your Meep ID name
Your Meep ID name is a nickname and a tagline. Players may share a nickname, but the full name must be available.
Names must suit players aged 13 and over. They must not contain threats, harassment, hate or extremist references, profanity, sexual content or innuendo, or drug or self-harm references. They must not impersonate anyone or contain another person's private information. These rules also cover disguised spellings and words split across the nickname and tagline, and they apply to every Meep ID name. Some names are reserved for Meep Games and its staff.
Automated checks screen name changes and can refuse a name without staff review. Staff may change any name that does not comply. Your first name change has no waiting period; after that you may change your name once in any 30 days.
2.4 Account security and personal use
You must keep your password private and report suspected unauthorised access to [email protected].
Each Meep ID is for one player. You must not share, buy, sell, rent or transfer a Meep ID or access to it, or play through someone else's. A parent or guardian may manage a child's Meep ID on the child's behalf.
3. Using our games and websites
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the Services and to install authorised copies of our games on devices you own or control. You must not transfer it except where the law or a store's rules allow. We and our licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Services.
You must follow applicable law, including sanctions and export controls. Where the law requires, we will refuse a purchase or restrict access, and we will give reasons unless the law prohibits it.
Unless the law, these terms or a component licence allows otherwise, you must not:
- Copy, change, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense our software or assets.
- Reverse engineer our software or bypass access or copy protection.
Legal exceptions do not authorise access to our servers or to other people's accounts or information.
You may record, stream, edit and share gameplay and screenshots from released games you lawfully access, and create and share non-commercial fan art. Videos and streams may earn advertising, sponsorship, donation or optional channel-subscription income if watching the gameplay is free. You must label your content as unofficial, must not imply that we endorse it and must not infringe anyone's privacy or other rights. These permissions cover only rights we control; they do not cover distributing game assets or soundtracks separately, or selling merchandise or fan art, unless the law allows it. You keep the rights in your original contributions and may let platforms host and share permitted content.
If you send us suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, copy, adapt and share them without payment to improve the Services. The licence survives the closure of your account. Publishing chat, fan content or reviews does not make them suggestions.
Third-party components in a game are governed by their own licences, and the required notices accompany the game.
4. Fair play and leaderboards
You must not:
- Use bots, scripts, macros or auto-clickers to automate play, submit scores or collect rewards, unless the game expressly permits it.
- Alter game software, its network traffic or saved data to falsify results or reveal information the game withholds.
- Knowingly exploit faults to duplicate items, bypass progress or purchase requirements, or exceed stated reward limits.
- Arrange false results, trade wins or use accounts you control to manipulate matches or rankings.
- Supply tools or instructions intended to help others cheat.
- Deliberately disrupt matches or the Services by flooding requests, interfering with connections or bypassing security checks or request limits.
Control remapping and accessibility tools are allowed if they do not automate play or reveal withheld information. Report faults to [email protected]; reporting one is not a breach.
You may have several Meep IDs, including automatically created guests, but you must not use another account to evade a restriction.
Completed daily, weekly and monthly boards remain viewable for a limited time, and lifetime boards have no scheduled reset. Leaderboards may include accounts we control, which are not marked as computer-controlled.
We may remove scores affected by cheating or errors and rebuild rankings; a removal is not a finding of misconduct. Disqualification under section 8 covers every board of that game: your scores are stored but not ranked until we lift it. Scores removed for cheating are restored only if a review under section 8 finds the removal was wrong.
If widespread errors or a major scoring change make results unreliable, we may reset a board for everyone, including a lifetime board. We will do so only if removing scores or rebuilding rankings cannot reasonably fix the problem. A board may end with its game, mode or measured stat. We will explain the reason and the boards and periods affected.
5. Chat and what you share
You must not share illegal content or use chat to:
- Threaten, stalk, bully or harass anyone.
- Direct hateful abuse at people, or incite hatred against them, because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity.
- Promote, recruit for or fund terrorism.
- Sexually harass, abuse or exploit anyone.
- Groom anyone under 18, or share child sexual abuse material.
- Post pornography, or share or threaten to share intimate images without consent.
- Encourage, promote or give instructions for suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, dangerous challenges or stunts, or harmful substance use.
- Encourage, promote or give instructions for real-world violence, or share real or realistic depictions of serious violence or graphic injury to people or animals.
- Expose private information, impersonate someone deceptively, scam, spam, share malicious links or infringe other people's rights.
You must not knowingly submit a false report.
You grant us and providers acting for us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, copy, transmit and display your content without payment. This licence applies only as needed to provide chat, display names, investigate breaches and meet legal obligations.
Report content to [email protected], or in-game where a game offers it. Identify the content, where it appeared and why you are reporting it, with the game, match and time if you know them. For a report of illegal content, include your name and email address; those details are optional for reports of child sexual abuse or exploitation. Confirm that you honestly believe the report is accurate and complete. Do not include or forward child sexual abuse material with a report. Where you give an email address, we will confirm receipt and tell you our decision and how to seek review.
Staff review reports, prioritising terrorism, child sexual abuse and exploitation, and risks to life. We will remove illegal content as the law requires; other measures follow section 8. For qualifying UK reports of intimate images shared without consent, we will remove the reported content and matching copies we identify as soon as reasonably practicable and within 48 hours.
If we restrict content you provided, or your account because of it, staff will send you the reasons when the restriction takes effect, using the email address or other electronic contact we hold for you, unless the law prohibits it. The reasons cover the facts, the rule or law applied, the action and its duration, the games and countries affected, any automation used and how to seek review.
The review route in section 8 is also open, without signing in, to the person who made a report, to a parent or guardian, and to anyone who wishes to complain about our safety measures or our handling of a report. Where the law requires a faster answer, we give one.
Where the law requires, we report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, and suspected crimes threatening life or safety, to the authorities, disclosing only the relevant information.
6. Virtual currency, items and loot boxes
You have a personal licence to use virtual currency and items only in the game they belong to. You do not own them, and they have no cash value. You must not sell, transfer or exchange them between accounts or through outside services.
Purchased currency has no expiry date, and the end of an offer does not remove what you bought.
Loot boxes contain random rewards. Before you buy or open one, the game shows its possible contents, the odds for one draw and the number of draws. It explains what counts towards a guarantee and when the guarantee triggers and resets, how duplicates and replacement rewards count, and whether progress carries between offers. The odds shown are calculated before any guarantee applies and before disabled rewards and items you already hold in the maximum quantity are excluded. A guarantee covers the stated group of rewards, not a particular item. If none of that group is available to you, the guarantee is deferred, and a replacement reward counts towards it as the original would.
We may change future shops, offers, prices and limits. To fix faults, protect security, correct gameplay imbalances or comply with law, we may change, disable or remove currency and items without charge to you. Where such a change affects purchases, we will give notice in a form you can keep, stating the reason, effects and timing; section 10 governs your right to end the affected contract. Changes to reward pools, odds and guarantee rules apply only to openings after the change, and we honour guarantee progress already earned. If we change a loot box you bought but have not yet opened, we will refund on request what you paid for it, in money or in virtual currency.
We may remove currency or items credited beyond what you bought or earned, and credit anything owed. We will explain corrections on request.
7. Purchases and refunds
Prices shown to consumers in the European Economic Area, the UK and Turkey include taxes and mandatory charges. Elsewhere, any tax we add appears before you pay. Before you confirm an order, we show the game, the receiving Meep ID, what you are buying, its restrictions and any time limit, the quantity, the delivery time and the total price. The order button states that ordering obliges you to pay. Each purchase is a separate contract, made when we confirm it after payment or, for Apple and Google purchases, when the store's checkout completes.
We will deliver to that Meep ID at the stated time, subject to the conditions below. We will send a confirmation in a form you can keep, containing these terms, cancellation information, the model cancellation form and any delivery consent and acknowledgement. Where the law requires it, we send the confirmation before delivery.
In the European Economic Area, the UK and Turkey, where a cancellation right applies, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the contract is made. Where starting delivery of digital content ends that right, we start delivery during the cancellation period only after:
- You expressly ask for immediate delivery, separately from accepting these terms.
- You acknowledge that you lose the cancellation right when delivery starts.
- We confirm both in a form you can keep.
Turkish law has its own exceptions for instantly delivered digital content, which we explain before you pay.
To cancel, before the deadline, email [email protected] a clear statement identifying the purchase or affected Service, or use the online cancellation function where the law requires one. We will promptly send an acknowledgement in a form you can keep, recording your statement and when you sent it.
Request a refund for an Apple purchase through Apple, for a Google Play purchase through Google or from us, and for a website purchase by emailing us. We remain responsible for refunds we owe, whoever processes them. We will repay promptly, within 14 days where the law requires, to the original payment method and without fees.
If a purchase is missing, faulty or not as described, email us. We will supply, repair or replace it without charge as the law requires. You may claim a price reduction or refund if correction fails or is unavailable, or sooner where the law provides. Apart from these rights and the stores' policies, we do not refund purchases for change of mind.
You may dispute a charge with your payment provider without contacting us first. Requesting a refund or disputing a charge is not a ground for restricting your Meep ID. After a full refund or a reversed payment, we may remove the currency or items it covered and identifiable items bought with them, and only those.
You must have the permission of whoever holds the payment method. Any right you have to cancel because of your age is unaffected.
8. If you break these terms
Staff review the relevant evidence when investigating a possible breach.
If the evidence shows you broke these terms, we may:
- Give you a warning.
- Remove the affected scores or disqualify you from a game's leaderboards (section 4).
- Remove content you shared, where the game allows it.
- Remove currency or items obtained through the breach.
- End all your sign-ins.
- Suspend your Meep ID for a stated period, or ban it permanently.
We choose proportionate measures, considering seriousness, harm, intent, repetition, your explanation and any unauthorised use of your account. For a minor breach we normally warn you first and give you reasonable time to put it right. Suspension requires a significant breach. A permanent ban requires a serious breach, such as deliberate cheating, fraud or serious harassment, or repeated significant breaches.
We may act without warning where necessary to protect players or secure the Services. While we investigate reasonably suspected account theft, cheating or serious abuse, we may restrict access temporarily to prevent harm. Such a restriction is not a finding of misconduct; we will review it promptly and lift it when it is no longer needed.
A suspension or ban ends all your sign-ins and blocks access through that Meep ID to our games and the account site. A suspension ends at the stated time unless we lift it earlier. If your Meep ID has no recovery method, ending its sign-ins ends your access to it permanently, so we do not suspend such a Meep ID temporarily: we warn you or use another measure, and we end its sign-ins only where a permanent ban would be justified or where that is urgently needed to prevent serious harm.
A suspension or ban does not delete scores, currency or items. We erase an account only when the law requires it; erasure cannot be undone. We do not refund purchases because your Meep ID was banned, except where the law requires.
To ask for the reasons for a decision, or for a free review by staff, email [email protected] without signing in, giving your Meep ID name, the decision and why you disagree. Our answer explains the main facts, the rule applied, the action, its scope and duration, and the outcome of any review. We will answer within 30 days, lift restrictions imposed in error and, where we can, restore scores or items removed in error.
9. Deleting your account
You may delete your Meep ID at account.meepgames.com. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected]. A banned account cannot be deleted from the account site; on your email request, once we have verified that it comes from the account holder, staff erase the account at once, with no restoration period.
Deletion through the account site, or scheduled by staff, disables the account at once and cancels every sign-in. For 30 days, signing in with a recovery method restores it; on CrazyGames, playing one of our games while signed in to your linked account also restores it.
After 30 days, deletion becomes permanent: we erase the account details the Privacy Policy lists, except information the law requires us to keep, and your nickname and tagline become available to others. Some records remain, as the Privacy Policy explains. Leaderboard entries remain, attributed to a deleted player.
Deleting your Meep ID blocks access to its virtual currency and items, and erasure makes that permanent. We do not refund them because you deleted your account, except where the law requires. You may ask for earlier erasure at the privacy address where the law gives you that right.
10. Changes to the Services and closing a game
We provide the updates the law requires, including security updates. We may change games and features to fix faults, maintain security or compatibility, adapt to technology or player numbers, or correct gameplay imbalances. Any such change will be proportionate and free of charge. Interruptions can end a match.
If you live in the European Economic Area, you may end the affected contract for digital content or services supplied or made accessible over time if both of these apply:
- We make a change beyond what is needed to keep them in conformity with the contract and consumer law.
- The change has more than a minor negative effect on your access or use.
Before such a change we will give you reasonable advance notice in a form you can keep, explaining the change, its timing and this right. To end the contract without charge, email [email protected] within 30 days after you receive the notice or the change takes effect, whichever is later. The right does not apply if we offer to keep the unchanged, conforming version available at no extra cost. If you end the contract, we will refund what you paid for the period or content you can no longer use, and supply copies of content you provided where the law requires.
We may close a game or feature if operating it becomes unlawful or financially unviable, or if technology it depends on cannot reasonably be supported or replaced. Before closing a game in which players hold purchased currency or items, we will give at least 30 days' notice, or longer if the law or a notice we gave in the game requires. We will give less notice only if the law, urgent safety or security, or the loss of an essential external service prevents full notice; we will then explain why and give as much notice as we can. We will disclose a planned closure before taking further purchases. The notice states when access and purchases end, what happens to currency and items, and what refunds are due. Closing a game does not close your Meep ID.
11. Liability
We will supply the Services as described and with reasonable care and skill. Paid content will meet the requirements for quality, fitness for its purpose and description that the law of your country imposes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Interruptions and our use of external providers do not affect our obligations under these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits:
- Liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of anyone acting for us.
- Liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing or gross negligence by us or anyone acting for us.
- Mandatory consumer rights and remedies.
- Compensation under data protection law.
- Refunds due under these terms or the law.
- Any other liability that the law of your country or state does not allow us to limit.
The following exclusions and cap apply only if you live in the United States.
To the extent your state's law allows, we exclude the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for losses that neither you nor we could reasonably foresee when the contract was made.
Your claims arising from the same event for breach of these terms or ordinary negligence share one limit. That limit is the greater of US$100 and the amounts you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the first of those claims is made. Payments through Apple, Google and our websites count before provider fees. Refunds are separate and do not reduce the limit.
12. Third-party platforms and services
Accounts you hold with a portal, a sign-in provider or an app store are governed by that provider's terms, including CrazyGames' terms and Google Play's terms.
For games from the App Store, these rules override anything in these terms that conflicts with them:
- Your agreement is with us, not with Apple, and we alone are responsible for the game and its content.
- Your non-transferable licence covers Apple-branded devices you own or control, including through Family Sharing, volume purchasing or Legacy Contacts as Apple's usage rules allow.
- Maintenance and support that the law requires or we have promised are our responsibility; Apple has no such duty.
- If the game breaches a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of its purchase price. Where the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation; as between us and Apple, we bear all other resulting claims, losses and costs.
- We handle claims concerning the game or your possession or use of it, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection and privacy claims.
- We investigate, defend, settle and pay what is owed for any claim that the game or your possession or use of it infringes intellectual property rights.
- You confirm that you are not in a country or region under a US embargo or designated by the US as supporting terrorism. You also confirm that you are not on a US list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with applicable third-party agreements, including your mobile data agreement.
- Questions, complaints and claims about the game go to us at the contact details in section 15.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms for App Store games and may enforce them against you; they receive that right when you accept these terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
Wyoming law governs these terms. The mandatory consumer protections of the country, state or UK nation where you live prevail over anything in these terms or in Wyoming law that conflicts with them.
Where the law entitles you to bring proceedings in the courts where you live, you may do so, and we may bring proceedings against you only in those courts. Otherwise, claims must be brought in the state or federal courts of Wyoming. Small-claims courts and consumer tribunals, including Turkish consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, remain available where the law provides them. Any preliminary steps the law requires still apply.
You may email [email protected] about a dispute first. Doing so does not extend any deadline for bringing a claim.
You may bring a contract claim if we restrict your content or suspend or ban your Meep ID in breach of these terms. These terms do not require arbitration and do not waive any right to a jury trial or to bring or join a class action. Complaints to regulators, including data protection authorities, and data protection claims are unaffected.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms to clarify wording, comply with law, address security threats or cheating, or reflect changes to the platforms or technology the Services depend on.
Before a change that reduces your rights or adds obligations takes effect, we will give at least 30 days' notice, or longer where the law requires, in our games, on the account site and by email where we have your address. We will also notify you of other significant changes, including changes to our moderation rules. The notice states the change, the reason for it, its effective date and your options.
Before a change takes effect, you may stop using the Services or delete your Meep ID (section 9). Changes apply only to future use; rights from earlier purchases or events are unaffected. Where the law requires your agreement, a change applies to you only after you agree; silence or continued use does not count as agreement.
If you live in Turkey, we do not change an existing contract to your disadvantage.
Each revision carries its effective date, and earlier versions are available on request.
15. Notices, complaints and contact
We give notices on the account site, in a game or by email where we have your address. "In a form you can keep" means by email or as a document you can save.
Send legal notices, questions, reports, complaints and review requests to [email protected] or to the postal address below. Public authorities may contact us at that email address in English. For privacy matters, email [email protected].
For a copyright complaint, follow the reporting steps in section 5, identify the copyrighted work and say whether you own it or represent its owner.
California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs, in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at 800-952-5210.
